this is partly how i have been recording our unpaid work which is
representative of many parents with four children.

WHAT do you thinck about this?

rather than arguing with someone who doesn't care i could put this
out into the ether for others, perhaps someone more interested, even
more knowledgeable; others who can add to this issue constructively.
i have been wondering how value is allotted in our society. i started
by getting angry with the doctors, then i grew angry with teachers.
this anger was quelled into polite bitterness which i am now
exploring in this forum. my doctor sent my family a $30 charge for a
missed appointment for our daughter. in fact we had ended up at the
wrong doctors office after misunderstanding which office we should go
to. our doctor has told us before that isn't him who send out these
notices but the secretaries of the clinic he is a part of. he has
been absolved of responsibility. however, it is his personal
stationary which this fine has been emblazoned on. this act of
punishment for our schedule mishap may be overlooked if our doctor or
his secretaries felt sympathy for our mistake. at this time however,
they do not, we have had these schedule conflicts before and now is
the time to punish us. society imposes is controls, society
repercussions for unwelcome behaviour.
where this leads me is to the question of value. value is a concept
used to describe quality. as our degrees of quality increase our
value increases. many factors influence this structure of balance and
reciprocity. justice is defined by our concepts of value. capitalism
demands respect for their investment in value. it is every
responsible citizens duty to attribute value. each person must hold
themselves up under the scrutinous eye of value to receive their
number. people plan life according the their genetic lottery number,
their level of value. as participants in this dynamic each citizen
must decide what they value. their choices will impact their own
value...
